Wholesale Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every wholesale order placed with Signs 4 Fun, whether on signs4fun.com, by phone, by email, at a trade show or through a sales representative.

1. Payment terms

Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Payment is due in full within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Net 30 is, and has been, the standard payment term extended to Signs 4 Fun wholesale accounts.

2. Accepted payment methods

Credit card, ACH transfer, or business check. A card retained on file is charged only with the account holder's express authorization.

3. Past-due balances

Balances not paid within terms accrue interest from the original due date until paid in full at 1.5% per month (18% per year), or at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is less.

4. Costs of collection

The buyer is responsible for all reasonable costs incurred in collecting a past-due balance, including collection agency fees, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees.

5. Credit hold

An account carrying a past-due balance may be placed on credit hold. No further orders will be accepted or shipped until the account is brought current.

6. Order minimums

Minimum two (2) pieces per style.

7. Shortage, damage and nonconformity

Claims must be submitted in writing within ten (10) days of delivery. Goods not rejected in writing within that period are deemed accepted.

8. Title, risk of loss and freight

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the address specified in the purchase order (FOB destination). Signs 4 Fun is responsible for claims arising from loss or damage occurring in transit. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Returns

Returns require prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be credited. Authorized returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The buyer consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

11. Acceptance

Submission of a purchase order, including an order placed on signs4fun.com, constitutes acceptance of these terms.
